Murat : Yes. My landlord is selling the flat.

Real agent : You want 1+1…. There is one, but 2+1 (2 bedrooms + 1 living room) but rent is the same.
Murat : Okay, fine. No problem. Where is it?
Real agent : It is in the city center, in the middle floor of the building. It is very close to the university. Only 10 minutes away. It’s not a brand new house, but its location is good. There is a market under the building. The bus stop, pharmacy, there is every thing around the building. Shall we look at the photos?
Murat : Let’s see.
Kaan : Which floor is this flat on?
Real agent : On the third floor of the five storey building.
Murat : Nice. Also it doesn’t look old
Real agent : No it is not very old. It’s great for students though.
Aslı : Is there any furniture in this flat? Fridge or something?
Real agent : There is no furniture in this flat.
Murat : It’s not a problem. I already have my own furniture. What do you think?
Aslı : I think this flat is fine.
Kaan : I think so too. You don’t need to take the metro. Besides you have furniture. Is there any other flat?
Real agent : Not in this neighborhood.
Murat : All right, Is it possible to see these flats today?
Real agent : Unfortunately, I have an appointment today, but it could be tomorrow.
